She's best known for helping Harry Potter and his friends save the wizarding world.

But now the Irish actress who played kooky Luna Lovegood in the multi-billion dollar film series is creating magic in the kitchen instead.

Evanna Lynch, 25, has filmed a video showing how to make three iconic treats from the world famous franchise, based on J.K Rowling's books, at home.

But there's one catch: they've all been turned into vegan dishes.

Evanna Lynch has been an animal rights activist since childhood but only became a full vegan in 2015. Now she has turned classic Harry Potter treats into animal-free snacks

The actress has created dairy and egg-free versions of three of the most famous refreshments from the Harry Potter world: chocolate frogs, pumpkin pasties and a version of Butterbeer.

Using vegan chocolate, dairy-free creamer and dairy-free butter, she's made sure that her recipes don't use any animal products.
