how to make Whole wheat pizza (step by step directions with photos) :
preparing pizza dough:-
1. Collect all the required ingredients.
2. In a mixing bowl take all purpose flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Mix them and add oil and again mix it well.
3. Add curd and combine with the hand gently.
4. Add little more water and make a soft, smooth and elastic dough.
5.Knead till the dough is soft, smooth and elastic.
6. Coat the dough with little oil and with the light hand again mix it well.
7.Tuck the dough and form to a ball. Cover the bowl tightly with another bowl or cling wrap or plastic wrap.
8. Allow to rest and rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
9.The dough has raised and doubled in size indicating well fermented.
10. Punch the dough with the fist to release down the air.
11. Pizza Dough is ready to use.
Veg Pizza Baking Recipe:-
1. Firstly, keep the kadai on the gas. Place stand in it, cover it with a lid and preheat for 10 mins on medium flame.
2. Divide the dough into 2 balls and tuck them.
3. Flatten the dough by stretching with both hands or with rolling pin.
4. Further, leaving a cm or more and create a dent, this helps the crust to fluff slightly.
5. Place the dough on a pizza plate or greased steel plate or strainer(jali).
6. Then prick with the center of dough with the help of the fork to prevent pizza base from fluffing up like chapati.
7. Evenly spread some oil over the pizza.
8. Spread pizza sauce or tomato ketchup on pizza generously leaving the sides slightly.
9. Additionally, top with shredded cheese and also top with onion, tomato, carrot, and capsicum.
10. Sprinkle add two pinches salt,1/4 tsp black pepper powder, oregano, and chili flakes.
11. Then spread the generous amount of grated mozzarella cheese over the base. Pizza is ready to bake.
12. Place the pizza in the preheated kadai carefully.
13.Brush oil over the sides of pizza crust to make pizza crust more crispy and golden brown.
14. Further, bake pizza in a kadai at for about 12 – 15 minutes on a low medium flame and cover it with a lid. Allow the pizza to bake aptly. After 12 minutes check the pizza. If the pizza is still not brown from corners and cheese is not melted, then bake pizza for 2-3 minutes until pizza gets slightly brown from corners. Within this much time pizza gets ready.
15. Sprinkle some oregano and chili flakes over the pizza, cut in pieces as per your preference.
16. Finally, serve whole wheat pizza hot with chili flakes and oregano on top.

- Firstly,vary the topping according to your choice with basil leaves for extra flavors.
- Freeze leftover dough in an airtight container or zip lock bag greasing with oil.The dough is good in the refrigerator for 2-3 days and in the freezer for 1 month.
- Also knead the dough well, else pizza will be chewy.
- Finally, bake the whole wheat pizza in very hot kadai else, the base of pizza will be raw.
