Not really. It has two slots and decent affinity though. Handicraft could make it decent. While we're talking about Xeno weapons, it seems like their trees are all incomplete and their weapons look unfinished.

Xeno horns have a 64% drop rate if you break the head yet it still took me 6 hunts to get even one. The desire sensor is real.

Xeno'jiiva strengths and weaknesses

Poison weapons are however perhaps your best bet against it, while wearing any gear orientated to combat dragon moves is ideal. Blast can also be good for dealing bursts of damage at a time, but this dragon cannot be put to sleep.

Safi's body has a HZV of *3* for bullets. Fatalis would barely be able to do any damage to Safi, but Safi would naturally hit for orange numbers on several places against Fatalis. By Gameplay, Safi beats everything else in World, by a lot. Like, a lot lot.

The Xeno'jiiva Armor has the highest defense in the game. After augmenting, each piece caps out at level 11 with 92 defense per piece. 2nd Highest is the Commission, starting at 70 defense per piece. All other sets start at 64 defense and below.

Each Elder Dragon that it works on (it has no effect on Nergigante, Zorah Magdaros, or Xeno'jiiva) has an ability that has multiple levels. What Elderseal does is that it lowers the current level of that ability, but does not negate it.

Heat guard and blight resistance are handy to have, but any build can be effective. Teostra armor is a good choice because it comes with heat guard and improves both Weakness Exploit and sharpness.

Xeno'jiiva is extra weak to poison, so you can also bring a poison weapon if you have a strong one. A lot of Xeno'jiiva's attacks are fire-based, so stacking Fire Resistance can mitigate some of his damage. The Shadow Assassin Armor is a great choice for players in need of high damage. It can boost damage done by the player if one teleports towards the dragon with the Aspect of the End.

Rathalos also has access to a number of fire-based attacks so equipping gear that has a higher resistance to fire also comes in handy as well. Low-rank hunters may want to utilize either bone, kestodon, hunter, leather, or anja armor sets.
